I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a

Supplementary Sun of Two Hundred and Sevunty Hight

Thousand Four Hundred and Twelve Dollars and Right

Cents, to defray the Charges of the year 1905

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.
